yes ibeleave *the Special Theory of Relativity correctly predicts the
motion of bodies in inertial frames of reference where the affects of
gravity can be disregardedbecuase their is no case were their is zero

Anti-gravity can be created by the opposite of centrifugal forces,
centripetal forces that annihilate centrifugal forces. Gravity has
annihilating forces
as that, a body not only rotates, it gravitates. Gravitation becomes
centripetal because it pulls. Centripetal forces weaken centrifugal
forces. We only notice
this change of effect at the equator having no strong centrifugal
effects where
gravity weakens. Gravity can be controlled by motion of rotating
bodies where centrifugality could become zero gravity effect, given
the rotation is equally
fast to balance out gravity. Now balance further, we get anti-gravity,
a rotation
so fast, things move the other way up.

Actually there is a proper way to annihilate gravity. This is the
opposite
of dark matter which raises gravity threshold in a 3D galaxy wheel
where gravity rises because centripetal (inner pull) and centrifugal
(rotation pushing mass outward) produces inertia with the rotation
that becomes the balance of the centripetal and centrifufal forces
which amplify magnipotency and weight. Here we magnify forces
at the axle of a wheel by combining centripetal and centrifugal
forces.
The way to do it is to allow a wheel to gain size if rotating, but
collapses
if not rotating.

Now the opposite to reduce gravity, this too is possible. Here with
faster rotating speed the object reduces in size, dimensions.
This produces anti-gravity effects. What changes is d (dimension)
which is alters to f=ma with an added d. We can control
gravity fields, alter properties of weight that are carried by a
rotating axle. The axle carries the weight, we only care of a rotating
3D (non-static) wheel that has an axle, and we can change forces
at the axle by changing the wheel's dimension.

Better so, it was tested, and consistent in this finding,
explains why gravity rises in spiral galaxies, with the rotation
of spiral galaxies.

This theory is not really intended to reach us until 2237AD.
