Hello,
Saturday night, I took a picture of Jupiter, low turbulence but poor seeing. The result is here http://images.ciel.free.fr/test/jupiter_10_04_04.jpg You can clearly see blueish spots near one of the equatorial belt. Is this color normal for Jupiter, or is there a problem with image processing ? The general color of the planet seems to fit with what I saw in the eyepiece, so I think that the white balance is not so bad. -- Norbert.
