Default Action Device Working

So I have built this Action Device. It is on floor of my room. I
pulled the springs to generate enough restoring force.

I marked the position of upper end of bolt. Closing one eye, I pointed
on this mark and I rotated the nut.

The upper end of bolt i.e. point D is moving in upward direction as I
predicted here..

http://www.geocities.com/inertial_propulsion

First Result: It Does Work!

Date: 30 January 2004. 1.55 AM(IST)

Play this song in full volume...

so gayaa ye jahA.n so gayaa aasamaan
so gayI hai sArI manzile.n
o sArI manzile.n so gayaa hai rastaa
so gayaa ye jahA.n so gayaa aasamaan

Enjoy!

Does it hover? if not, when placed on a scale does it weigh less than
it does when the springs are not stretched?

Did C move downward, contrary to what you predicted?

Did D keep moving?

That particular device looks like a bunch of vectors pointing
every whichaway and maybe a V and a very distorted W.

Do you have a picture of this device?

I could see crawling devices working without too much
trouble; ABCG is on the ground; pull F and H apart
while holding point G off the ground. (A and C are
castor rollers.) Then put G on the ground while FGH is
a straight line; lift B off. Push F and H together (or
let them spring back); they'll move backwards. Lift G
off the ground and repeat.

It won't be the fastest of crawls, admittedly; you'd get
better results from a treadmill. :-)

Didn't I tell it worked? Great, isn't it? Now be careful it doesn't
take off and fly away without you. I mean, we don't want to have this
discussion going on for another 17 years it takes you to build these
devices.

Because it moved a little bit?
Shouldn't it have accelerated in one direction
until it hit something?

isn't it enough that he proved that the screw machine works... wasn't that
invented a couple thousand years ago??

so, why is it not featured as the breakthrough of the century on CNN? and
why aren't you on your way to the moon by now trying to hold it down? or
did you just take another turn on the nut and watch the bolt move up?
