Hi - Tropical Storm Fay has finally left. Last night was the first
decent night in S Florida for me. This morning, working on some jupiter avi's and roof repair 8) Seeing was very good for about 45 minutes, light haze and clouds reduced seeing afterwards. I saved to RGB tiff from Registax and used further processed R to use for L. 12" SCT Meade classic f10 Neximager 20fps at 1/150 sec 900 frames selected Key Colony Beach, Florida |

I'm saving my pennies for a newer generation planet cam btw. Got some great advice from one expert that I won't get too much more out of this camera. Building a cooler for the SCT this week. Yer right though - seeing is the most important factor. I saw changes last night from minute to minute. take care - Rod |
