Unfortunately, I can't find a more recent update, but it's possible that

P6
is the oldest working object in solar orbit.

Jupiter's doing OK for 5 billion :-)

Of these, how many are RTG powered?

None, Pioneers 6-9 and E had solar cells. That page says so, in fact.

Working? Dunno. Bit of a couch potato I'd say - I mean, look at its waist
size. And if you want even older, best candidate would probably be a KBO of
some sort...

No, Jupiter worked for the first few million years and has been goofing
off ever since. :-)

None. Only the outer-planets Pioneers (10 and 11) used RTGs. Solar power
is generally preferable in the inner solar system, except possibly on
planetary surfaces.

Thanks for the update. Found some additional pages:

So the revised list is:

Pioneer 10: Mar 2 1972 -- Apr 27 2002 (or Jan 23 2003)
Pioneer 8: Dec 13 1967 -- Aug 22 1996
Pioneer 7: Aug 17 1966 -- Mar 31 1995
IMP-8: Oct 25 1973 -- Oct 30 2001
Pioneer 11: Apr 5 1973 -- Sep 29 1995 (or Nov ?? 1995)
Voyager 2: Aug 20 1977 -- today
Voyager 1: Sep 5 1977 -- today

And don't forget more 3D picture, when I got in my anaglyph stereo
glasses today. There have been a few 3D pictures so far, but when they
get to some unflat landscape, then I hope that there will be a lot
more.

Here is one for example...

If anyone needs some suitable 3D glasses, then take a look on EBay.
