Hi nightbat &Double-A We can't blame NASA but it fits well with NASA
Rube Goldberg engineering. Best to keep in mind mass with its inertia feature is the same every where, To have a huge sail pushed by solar wind and get a heavy spaceship and its crew up to 100,000 mph would make Rube Goldberg wish he thought of it. I'm old fashion I like rockets for rocket ships. I like sling shot shooting around Jupiter. I can even go for shooting rock out the rear, but as you would say nightbat "sailing through space is strictly sci-fiction" bert |
