Default A reflecting film for heating planets

The parabolic film mirror placed in space could heat up local areas of
planets, Mars, for example.

So? I thought Global Warming was already doing that.

For the case film reflector can cool the planet acting as a screen.

So far as I know, oxygen has been produced by an alga after origin of
Earth. In the same way, an alga greedy for carbon dioxide are able to
help.

Now Saul don't show all your intelligence at one go, space is a different
item and concept from global warming, Mars is a contender for this type area
heating system, presumably it would be in a Geo position, another thought
occurred consistency of temperature, it would have to be made variable, so
that the varying distance from the Sun could be accommodated.

There is a obstacle for the idea. The solar light will move the film
from the stationary point. Thus the effect of heating can be used at
the time, when space ships based on film engines became mass means of
movement between Mars and Earth as a property of the engines.

I'd have thought a huge polly tunnel might have been more efficient. How do
you keep a big enough reflector pointing at the right place.

The big problem with Mars is that

It has no strong magnetic field so no radiation protection to speak of
Low atmospheric pressures
Very bad dust problem!
I imagine the best place to be would be a few hundred feet underground.
