SPace Adventures ought to sell lottery tickets to go into space. That way
someone paying a few bucks has a chance.

Many of us could have raised money decades ago--
if that were legal.

I should have added that raising money in such ways
is the prerogative of government and religion--
not entrepreneurs.

There are plenty of lotteries that pay out more than enough cash to buy a
flight from Space Adventures (i.e. the Russians). This goes to show you
that very few lottery winners are serious about spending $20 million to go
into space.
