Let's work up a pair of good conspiracy theories... one for NASA
undertaking the Hubble repair, the other for NASA not undertaking
the Hubble repair... Both theories should be complimentary, and yet
mutually exclusive. They both must somehow involve the NSA, North
Korea, Ronald Reagan, Groom Lake, the USSR, HAARP, the Taliban,
Freemasonry, Linus Torvalds, and General Mills. Bonus points for
integrating the Titanic and Homeland Security!
