4 thousand bucks? No thanks. My own engineer looked at the designs of
Dr. Henry Paul and assured me that he could manufacture one for BOTH a
telescope and a pair of binos, (not motorized though rather hand
driven), for around 1,200 Euros.

Depends on your perspective: In 2001 my dental bills totalled $27,000 US.

I have sat in one, I did not observe with it but I got to sit in one and
drove it around and pretended to be observing, I offered my wife and kids as
a trade in but the change over price was too high. jokes aside I would love
to do a night observing in one, just a 10 minute ride in one, just enough to
get the feel of the chair, but that was enough to see the possibilities
(extreme comfort being the biggest) to sum up wow,
