70F at 8am will have showers most of the day,and my barrels will top
off. Now going into the rainy season. Job rate at a 30 year low. Best to keep in mind we went from manufacturing to becoming a service nation. Not much left to service. GM does not have to make cars it just has to beg for more and more money.and team up with Fiat to please the Godfather. More houses bulldozed down on TV. Mortgage rates down to 4.7,but banks took away about 65% of the credit. House directly across from me when bank rate went from 7;5 to 13.7 foreclosed 5 months later. Bankers are the biggest crooks and that means they will get the most bailout money. All this proves the Godfather is in complete control of USA,and we will pray to him for our daily bread, and drive a Fiat TreBert |

Not that many of us would by then even own a home to park that GMF Hummer or Escalade if it were given to us. At $2.69.9 a gallon for 91 octane and climbing when the price of crude oil is dropping is also not a good sign. I'm fairly certain there will have to be a $1/gallon federal tax added real soon to that already spendy fuel. At that point the 50 mpg Nano or something even smaller from Tata Mortors is going to look real good. ~ BG |

Double a yes I read every thing you post, and its no surprise more empty
houses than homeless people, also that USA leads in people going in an out of prison. One out of every 31 of its people. This is 5 times more than the country that comes #2 I have never been in jail, but thinking of a crime that will give me big bucks or 20 years. I could use both. When your 81 its time to take chances. go figure treBert PS SS is saying no more cost of living each year for inflation. Amount to be frozen for next three years. I now predict the Godfather added this knowing that inflation will be sky high in the next 3 years Oh ya |

Then perhaps we need more homeless, just so our overpriced and way overtaxed housing market in ratio to the homeless doesn't look so bad. I think the maximum home property tax on anything below $250,000 should be federally limited to a maximum of 0.5%, and on whatever amount over $250,000500.000 at 1%, with those of any $500,000+ amount having to fork out 2%. *Mortgage rates down to 4.7,but banks took away about 65% of the credit. Double-A If Obama takes a proper lead by way of accepting a 50% cut in pay, so should every other federally employed or public funded contract minion. It's that simple, either reduce those bloated all-inclusive federal employment numbers by 50%, or cut each and every one of their pay and benefits by 50%. Something spendy has got to give, and it had better be before surpassing the official 10% unemployed mark, because that's less than half to as little as a third of what's actually unemployed and/or impacted down to below poverty level, and subsequently losing most everything they got. It's when you got nothing else to lose is when the serious revolt kinds of **** is going to hit that big mainstream status quo fan. ~ BG |

I now predict the Godfather added this knowing that inflation will be sky high in the next 3 years * Oh ya The way it's going, it'll be easy enough to increase those numbers of homeless, so that the ratio of empty homes doesn't look quite so bad. For good international PR, this great nation should maintain at least twice as many homeless as empty/foreclosed homes (including those subsequent empty lots). That's why the destruction of so many empty homes is taking place, in order to get that empty house count down to a dull roar, because empty lots don't count. ~ BG |

They already doctor the figures to keep the advances as low as possible! It means theyn expect hyperinflation to kick in shortly, and son't want to have to mach it with appropriiate cost of living increases. You see this is one way they can rob you of your pension. They take it away not through the front door, but through the back door! This is also a way for the government can erase its national debt. They donl' repudiate the debt, but rather let the value of the debt shrink through devalutation of the money! It some ways this feels like Nazi Germany, but in other ways it feels like Weimar Republicf 1923! Double-A |

57 at 7am will go up to 84 by 6pm No rain good beach day. Mickey
Mouse just laid of 1400 and gave no warning. TV had a woman on TV that worked there for 20 years. Wonder if she will get a 20 year pension? Time mag. showed pictures of Detroit and it looks like Hiroshimi (like a vacant lot). America can be sum up as "industrial decay" I think we all had a gut feeling when we gave up manufacturing and did only service work this had to happen(YES?) It begs the question. Where have all the families gone? Trebert PS Time mag has few adds and lot less pages. go figure |

Often frost forms in the early morning hours. Towards dawn, the temperature already starts to rise. By the time people get up, it has often already disappeared, and so people don't notice it. Right now 47F here at 12:15 PM. Sun is out. Expected high 61F! Could end up being the warmest day of the year here so far. This morning they say it was 32F. But considering the heavy frost I was seeing, it must have been a bit cdlder where I was at. *Mickey Mouse just laid of 1400 and gave no warning. No warning required there in the godfather state?
