Default Project Constellation Timeline

According to:

"Project Constellation" will produce three CEV development
blocks. These will include prototypes, an unmanned Block I
version, and a manned Block II design. The CEV preliminary
concept will be determined this year, and the final design will
be reviewed in 2006.

The first prototype CEV flight will occur in 2008. The first
Block I flight will happen in 2011. The first Block II demo
flight will launch in 2013. People will not ride aboard CEV
until 2014.

And there was this:

"NASA plans to decide whether it will need a new Saturn V-class
heavy-lift rocket to boost the CEV in 2008-2009. Such a rocket
could be derived from the space shuttle's launch stack,
according to NASA."
