Successful optical data relay link between OICETS and Artemis

The first bi-directional optical link between KIRARI, the Japanese satellite
officially called OICETS (which stands for "Optical Inter-orbit
Communications Engineering Test Satellite"), and ESA's Artemis was made on
Friday 9 December at 02:05 UTC.
