RETURN TO FLIGHT TASK GROUP CHANGES FINAL PUBLIC MEETING

The Stafford-Covey Return to Flight Task Group will conduct its final
public
meeting at 1 p.m. EDT today at the Holiday Inn Capitol's Discovery Room II,
555 C
Street SW, Washington. The group will complete assessment of NASA's
implementation of the 15 Space Shuttle Return to Flight recommendations of
the
Columbia Accident Investigation Board.

The meeting will be followed by a 4 p.m. EDT news conference at the NASA
Headquarters auditorium, 300 E Street SW, Washington. The news conference
will be
carried live on NASA TV. Live audio of the meeting is available on the

Press conference questions from media will be taken from Headquarters and
participating NASA locations. Participants are Return to Flight Task Group
Co-
Chairman Richard O. Covey, Technical Panel Lead Joseph Cuzzupoli, Management

Adamson.
