NASA RESCHEDULES NOAA SATELLITE LAUNCH

NASA's launch of the NOAA-N polar-orbiting environmental satellite for
the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is
scheduled for Friday, May 20 at 6:22 a.m. EDT.

Liftoff will be from Space Launch Complex 2 (SLC-2) at Vandenberg Air
Force Base (VAFB), Calif. The satellite has a 10-minute launch
window. NOAA-N spacecraft separation from the Delta II occurs 65
minutes after launch.

NASA TELEVISION, VOICE CIRCUIT AND WEB COVERAGE

NASA Television coverage will begin at 4 a.m. EDT. The first 25
minutes of the launch will be shown on AMC-6, Transponder 9 located
at 72 degrees West longitude. Due to live interviews with the
International Space Station Expedition 10 crew, the second stage of
the launch coverage will be carried on AMC-6 Transponder 23, located
at 72 degrees West longitude beginning approximately 45 minutes after
launch.

Audio coverage of the launch will be carried on the NASA "V" circuits,
which may be reached by dialing 321/867-1220, 1240, 1260 or 7135.
Coverage of the second stage of the launch continues on 321/867-7135.
