"Preparations are proceeding as scheduled for the launch of the
EchoStar IX/Telstar 13 communications satellite on August 7. Liftoff
is planned for 8:31pm Pacific Daylight Time. Our live launch coverage
will begin at this site at 8:10pm. Sea Launch will use its Zenit-3SL
rocket to lift the 4,737 kg (10,443 lb) spacecraft to a high perigee
geosynchronous transfer orbit from the Odyssey Launch Platform,
positioned on the Equator."

There will be live coverage for subscribers to Dish Network on DISH
Channel 101 starting about 8:00pm PDT on Aug 7.
