So you'd have NASA pick science over safety to return to the moon?
Don't you start thread after thread in sci.space.shuttle ****ing and
moaning about how science was put before safety in the shuttle program?

You are astoundingly stupid and hypocritical. Please tell me you aren't
reproducing.

Well its been OVER 30 years. I ASSUMED the new lander would be safer, more
redundant and capable of going where no man has gone before..

It wouldnt be dangerous just more challenging. Besides Tycho was considered for
Apollo.

Some in orbit rescue ability, and a lander already on site would be good too,
Interesting place for a nice long stay.

"Wouldn't be dangerous"? Have you missed all the conversations and
posts about the immense risks of travelling to the moon? Even with the
advances since the '60s, it's still a dangerous proposition.

Have you looked up the word "hypocrite", bob?

http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=hypocrite

You're cavalier ("Showing arrogant or offhand disregard") about risking
astronauts' lives to go to the moon, yet you want the shuttle system to
be totally safe.

Which is it, bob, you ignorant ass? I know you won't answer because
you're a coward too.
