ASTRO: NGC 1535 in color
The shot of this I posted earlier was taken through clouds and really
awful seeing. I retook it under better seeing and no clouds. Since there's nothing of interest in the entire frame but the planetary I cropped it down quite a bit. Stars look a lot better but the nebula looks much the same, just blue this time. 14" LX200R@f/10, L=26x1' RGB=5x1' all binned 2x2, STL-11000XM, Paramount ME Rick -- Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct. Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh". |

NICE SHOT!
Again and thank you sir! I looked this up again the other night. Any time I go to a dark site and good seeing I punch up 1535 to get a look at it... |

Rick,
looks like a brother of the Eskimo. Very good shot, especially considering that this object is very low for you. Stefan "Rick Johnson" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ... Even on a night of good seeing it's never very good down this low
unfortunately. This is about as good as it gets down there. Eskimo has more colors, this guy is just blue on blue it appears. Rick Stefan Lilge wrote: Rick, looks like a brother of the Eskimo.
