prominences for tomorrow's eclipse ?
Today's prom pics via Coronado PST posted at
http://home.freeuk.com/m.gavin/pstnew.htm The sun is fairly inactive at the moment so unless there are radical new proms to come around east limb above should be on view for tomorrow's annular/partial eclipse including the persistent large prom on the west limb. Be interested to see H-alpha shots from those going to the annular;-) Nytecam 51N 0.1W |

It's on my Christmas list though so Turkey should be H-alpha :-) -- Pete http://www.digitalsky.org.uk |
