ASTRO: FS128F Curvature & Flat-Field Map Question
..
....The only comparision i can make is a Televue Pronto
which had/has 33% Curvature, and is bloody obvious in
the images.. My Question with approx 12% curvature would
i gain that much by using a Flattener, Thanks...

Probably not. If you are happy with the stars at the edge I'd do
nothing. A flattener tends to slightly harm center stars while
improving the corners. With a small difference between the two I'd not
hurt the center for minor edge improvement. Also any added elements
are just another source of reflections.

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".

Northern Minnesota (47+ north) in a very low population area. 31 of
voting age (not all registered) in my township (36 square miles. Mostly
heavily forested (state forest) with scattered lakes. Access is very
limited. While I look out over many miles of lakeshore not one home or
cabin is visible. Nearest lights are miles away.
