here is the second major project from my vacation: NGC7K/Pelican region

This just added [SII] to the previous 12.25 hours of Ha/[OIII] I showed last
week.

there are a number of PNe in the image, the palette makes them stick out
like a sore thumb.....

it is easiest to see them in the full resolution version though

one uncatalogued PNe found in the image so far

noted only as an HII region in the catalogues but clearly has OIII emission

looks like PNe to me... if it pans out that will be four found using this
method

here's an image of the PN taken by a friend last night using the FTN
(faulkes telescope north) in the canary islands

I think it is a 2 meter scope

the image was less than 10 minutes and was Ha/O3/Hbeta = RGB

Is it just me or does it look like a yellowish Question ("?") mark?

Maybe god (or gods or goddess) has a sense of humor?

Thanks for sharing Richard..

Great image Richard.
The possible PN looks very interesting, I might be tempted to try it myself
:-)
