Taken from a farm just south of Blueknob State Park on 21 March
2009. Taken with an 6 inch refractor at F/7.3. Three 20 minute
exposures using a Hutech modified Canon 40D at 200ASA.
Full frame image, reduced 50%.

Are you looking back into the DC light dome?

Image seems noisier than normal.

Colors are good however.

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".

Nice image Robert, although it would probably benefit from displaying the
background brighter as this would make the noise less obvious.

Rick,

DC is 180 miles from from Blueknob, PA.
Images I take from my back yard that look to the North do look into DC
since I am 28 miles south of DC. Images do seem noiser, temp was 25
degrees so camera noise should not have been a problem. Perhaps the
200ASA setting added to the noise.
