Default ASTRO: Jupiter double transit and GRS

Been a long night, but well worth it. These are the 2 best results from
about 25 sequences. I hope to have a gif in a few days.

Here is the full set. I ended up tossing quite a few sequences. Seeing was
too variable. I also adjusted the color a bit from the two I posted
previously. I had always brought down the blue channel when I process, but
after discussing it with some of the top planetary imagers in Australia, I
realized my camera was doing a pretty good job of capturing the colors as
is. So, I left it alone and just increased the saturation. These colors
pretty much reflect what the "experts" get anyway. I'm going to have to get
used to it though, still looks a bit blue to me. Hope to have a gif soon.

to Texas.

Hi J and J - Your image is SLIGHTLY blue to me (no big deal). I would
lift the brightness or intensity just a tiny amount but please keep
reading. Color balance and what we see is somewhat dependent on the
hardware we use. I use an old cathode ray Samsung 19" monitor from the
mid-90's. It has nearly the mass of a typical neutron star ;) - but my
monitor made the cnet 10 ten list nearly 5 years after it's manufacturer
date. I also have a 21" Trinitron that is even older (2 neutron
stars!!). I believe they affect my work on processing my images - no
doubt.

I recommend you do what looks best on your equipment to your eyes and
stick with it.

Keep on truckin' you are doing the best! - Rod

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".
