Default ASTRO: NGC 4145

I had some clear nights around April new moon and imaged NGC 4145 in Canes
Venatici in one of them. This is a tough object for city skies, but seeing
and transparency were quite good.

Taken from the middle of Berlin with an 8" SCT at f/6.5, G11 mount, SXV-H9
camera, 41x5 minutes.

The picture can also be found at

Nice one.

For a dud of a constellation Canes Venatici sure has a lot of great
spirals for us to image.

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".

Yes, quite faint.. I have an image with about the same detail looking
through less light polution than you... good detail when the seeing is good!

Interesting galaxy Stefan. It has a very small nucleus and what looks like a
short bar.
