Although quite wonderful in identifying objects within a framework of a rotating celestial sphere and the calendar system, its emergence hinders appreciation of the orbital motion of the Earth as the stars move from the left of the Sun (evening appearance) to the right of the Sun where a dawn appearance precedes the Sun coming into view.

The apparent change of the position of the stars from evening to evening is the only acceptable use of this observation while a rotating celestial sphere with a focus on Polaris associated with daily rotation obliterates the productive perspective.
There has to be room for both the new and older perspectives as proof of the the Earth's orbital motion and the motions of the inner planet depends on setting the Sun up as a central reference for the motion of the Earth and the inner planets as they run their circuits.
Enjoy constellation software but for those who can pass through it and move on to a better perspective for judging motions and structure of the solar system, the new perspective must be adopted.
