Hi all,
any one know of any freeware/shareware planetaria software that
could be used to generate observing sheets for children? Along the lines of
what they print in a couple of the papers.

thanks,
clear skies,
patrick.

Hi There,

Try Cartes du Ciel, it's free.

http://www.stargazing.net/astropc/download.html

They also do a lunar mapping program for free

http://astrosurf.com/avl/UK_download.html

Both are good programs.

Best one I've seen is a fully functional demo (only missing eclipse maps

and
some deep sky objects) of SkyMap Pro. Download it from
http://www.skymap.com/smp_eval.htm
