Since WWII, it has become rote for industry to become
intertwined with military such that financial empires that
invest in both government and private industry enterprises
end up secretly admonishing a return-on-investment by the
inadvertant prolonging of social conflict between nations
of contrasting standards of living.* Transnationalist biased
media only tends to fan the flames of international bigotry.
To "report" on military issues as if they "minimalize"
the asteroid mining "cup as being half empty" is to
reinvent the definition of "cup" that insularizes the
dumbed-down energy-gone-military than industry-gone-space!
Thus the military roots of Space Enthusiasts still define
THEIR representative government, while in the spirit of
independence the sovereigns cry "No taxation
without representation!"

The R&D costs to improve the existing earth-to-orbit tech-
nology is so extremely important that any liability issue
on the science used to get there becomes overwhelmingly ob-
fuscated by the importance of return-on-investment to inde-
pendent, private enterprise entrepreneurs. Federal courts
have stated their interpretation that an expert's opinions
are based on relevant scientific methods, processes, and
data, and not on mere speculation, and that they apply to
the facts in issue. The key word here is expert, and how
it enter's the vernacular of the witnessing body. Who needs
to know the secrets of a science unless a conspiracy becomes
propogated in order to snag a prospective earth-to-orbit
entrepreneur in court? No doubt that the witnessing body
would become an established, principled, and well informed
public only after certain hearings are revealed; yet a
public whose knowledge actually biases the science in
favor of a long-term victory for scientific independence
rather than a particular state establishment's ipso-facto
hearing on the reinterpretation of legalistic protocol
could warrant the entire court to become part of a scien-
tific and economic witness protection program! Any defense
attorney deemed worthy of hearing such a case would have
to end up relinquishing any new 'innovation' of legalistic
interpretation towards forming a new Constitutional
Convention, since the scientific methods, processes, and
data used by independent researchers have already revolu-
tionized the physical laws governing contemporary forms of
transportation and communication! Thus it is time for the
robber barons of contemporary financial institutions who
have helped to monopolize earth-to-orbit technology [with
their minimalist funding tendencies] to pay off their en-
titlements before the war of economic freedom ships out
to the sea of space!

The largely missed quality of Washington bureaucrats is that
they are unable to focus on the regional connection between
American markets and American independence, mainly by virtue
of the covertness of the military establishment in contrast
to the potentially expanding promise markets of American
economic enterprise. An increasingly compartmentalized
society requires an increasingly expanding economy of
promise markets, since there have been an infinite
number of methods tried to 'reinvent' the corporation.

An establishment of the Christian right might have included
the doctrines of a nation that was tired of giving its gold
away to an *imperial* government, yet the *imperial* mountain
of our opposition today represents an earth-bound colonialism
that seems to be eternally frozen in time - sort of a societal
sacrement for the rest of the earth to follow. The Federal
Reserve's board-in-the-eye of religiously spun remarginali-
zation is not what the other, remaining over-compartmentalized
society needs now, yet the justification continues to be
"just-as-if the public at large has never tithed" to their
local church. The national agenda beckons our blind obedience
to serving the international fatherless; The gods of government
business are more easily established in the eyes of the
dumbed-down status-quo (i.e., populist) when the status quo
circles the same mountain of their opposition in order to
remain the same status quo; their tractionism is in their
media; the yes-men of yesteryear will not condemn the newcomer
to repeat the "horrible sins of the past" if the rules of
circling the mountain are not changed: It is this type of
societal image problem that all must suffer because the op-
position of reasonable and credible ROI has gone transnational
instead of orbital; Without scientific and engineering
know-how, the earth-to-orbit business is still clothed in
darkness... too much lateral thinking in the low-probability
substantive, privatized, self-starting logical
scheme of things.

Enter *Extraterrestrial* markets through the use of revolution-
ary nuclear technology, which are calculated to grow expo-
nentially, adding to the wealth of treasuries in the form
of gold bullion. Invalidators to this technology can only
continue to antiquate societal needs by *defining capitalism
down* with their *institutionalized thuggery* (?terrorist pre-
cursor ?) A healthy transition that reduces our dependency
on oil to the point of self-sufficiency is one directly
related to earth-to-orbit technology; Already there are
companies lining up to reap the rewards (see Business 2.0,
March 2006 Edition).

The only thing separating advanced non-radioactive and/or
less-radioactive nuclear energy technology from achieving its
goals besides the *terrorism* is NASA's current "non-hegemony"
with bureaucratic PAC worship. Contrast this self-servedness of
the energy imprisoned to greater energy and economic health
overall in constructing *safe havens* as well as *extraterres-
trial markets* for the future of the species off-planet (rather
than underground) and our *dangerous liberty* has taken issue!

The more people discuss the liberating science and technology
surrounding earth-to-orbit technology, the greater body of the
urgent will convene to form a *new constitutional convention*!
