One Hot Jupiter
This is an amazing story about how a gas giant exoplanet larger than Jupiter
is cooked by it's sun. http://www.spaceref.com/news/viewpr.html?pid=19084 Burning away at some 800 deg C you have to wonder how that impacts the planet. The storms that rage on that planet must be astounding. The convection systems are unimaginable.
