Default One Hot Jupiter

This is an amazing story about how a gas giant exoplanet larger than Jupiter
is cooked by it's sun.

Burning away at some 800 deg C you have to wonder how that impacts the
planet. The storms that rage on that
planet must be astounding. The convection systems are unimaginable.

Also the fact that earth is affected by a gamma ray burst 50,000 LYS away
boggles the mind
