Likely, interest and penalties are 12 percent A.P.R. and
the jobless and homeless will have their checking accounts seized.

The Senate Finance Committee approved
this “health care reform bill� today (Oct. 13th),

passsing the cost (.829 tera·dollars)
to future tax·payers (your grand·kids) .

Today, Obama said:
“ As a result of these efforts, we are now
closer than ever before to passing health reform.

But we’re not there yet.
Now is not the time to pat ourselves on the back
Now is the time to dig in even harder to get this done. �

Jeff Rich need to insurance company. Poor can not pay premiums. Those
in the middle can not afford the high taxes they would be facing if poor
got free health benefits like I do after paying in for 55 years. Obama
plan does not say where this 899,000,000,000 bucks in two years will
come from. Its bad enough Mafia banks and AIG got trillions in the last
two years. We should copy Swiss, UK,or China plan,but the Godfather
will not let this happen. He will spend 100s of millions on PR to
destroy any democratic health plan. Bert

As long as you're about to become unemployed and/or having become
unemployable, without any family home or much less any homestead
potential, you can always pay for that spendy insurance with huge
deductibles and multiple exclusions that can go retroactive against
you, by simply using any number of those 24% interest baring credit
cards that you have no way or intentions of ever paying off, because
you obviously can't afford to survive as is unless you're terribly
fond of doing exactly what AA does all the time (a little tough on
that typical family, but what the hell, especially when you've got
nothing else to lose.

You can always move your entire family of 8~10 (including
grandparents) into a nice enough home in Detroit that'll only set you
back $7k. Isn't the American dream of an entire family packing heat
wonderful, or what?
