Default Those pesky fasteners

File this in the "tiny unimportant stuff that causes loss of time" category.

Mike Foale was asked to look behind some panel. The panel is retained to the
rack with 6 plastic fasteners that "hook" onto some wire in the back. He is
unable to get one of the 6 to unhook itself. (There was mention that those
often fail due to fraying, but that this one just wouldn't fail)

So, wait for KU, then send Video of the situation so that ground folks can
decide on what to do next. So something that was planned to take just a few
minutes to accomplish will now take a lot longer.

Seems like a good example of how things are done up in space. Any hitch causes
a major slowdown in work.

It will be interesting to see if this would result in training programmes
including the care and feeding of fasteners for subsequent ISS crews.
