Default Great lens Roland 94mm Brandon

Picked up my 94mm Brandon at the airport this morning, had just enough time to
look at Jupiter and the moon. The 94mm is one super sharp scope! Images snap
into focus like a razor. There is some color at higher powers, but not enough
to bother me, at low powers i can hardly notice any color.

I wanna do a side by side with my Tak FS-78, the FS-78 is one of the best
small scopes money can buy, but i think the Bradon will win me over.

Now it will be cloudy for days since the 94mm arrived, it will give me some
time to drill and tap my CG-5 dovetail to allow use of the Brandon tube
rings...

Thanks. By the way, I just checked CNN Weather and there's a huge bunch of
clouds headed for Florida. It'll be days before you see the sun again. See what
you've done!

I really like my 94mm AP/Brandon objective. I picked up just the objective
at one of Don Yeier's auctions (when will he have another one???), had a
friend make a cell, bought an AP 2.7" focuser and voala...a VERY nice scope.
Now if I could just find someone to make me a nicer cell I'd be all
set...what I have is a little kludgy.
