Russia and ESA discussing building a orbiting spacecraft assembly site:

Big plans, but I suspect little money to realize them.

Why do I envisage Scotty, Kirk and company in a shuttle on their way to see
their refurbished Starship......

In the new movie you actually get to see Starfleet Command's main Earth
orbital starship dock... that thing is _big_.
