Default 10) the round small galaxies with 99% of dark matter

... the galaxies are a very large assembly of celestial bodies, gas and powders ; its can contain from milliards untill thousands of milliard of stars rotating often around the same gravity' center ; generally a galaxy has a quantity of dark matter 3-6 times more than the visible materials
... the spanish astrophysical A. Casas writes that the dwarf round galaxies can contain untill 99% of dark matter ; our preceding hypothesis suggest that the dwarf galaxies are developed in small free space ( only some thousands y.l. ) and in a time of some million of milliards of years, its condensed matter ( and so stars ) but being the comunity' stars too little , this-ones are mainly dead untill 99%, but contribuiting to the gravity' sistem and its dinamism : obviously in the case that the BB never existed and that the negative parallaxes are caused by the rephrational deviation of dead stars ..
.... premised that the statistics suffer of coincidences and also of the way to collect the datas , it could be interesting a last average from the cat.. V/145 of CDS- Strasbourg : from that-one we relief 20 600 stars in our galaxy with datas of Temp. (B-V) , Dist.(Parallaxe) and Radial Velocity (a little brother of RedShift(?)) ;in this selection, the 48.5% have a positive Rad.Vel. (like waited! ) and 1/27 have a negative Parallaxe ..: if we order this stars for degrowing temperature, in the 100 hottest-ones, the 87% have positive Rad. Vel. and the 1/10 have a negative Parallaxe.. the direct conlusion : the higth temperatures produce a light contribuiting at least to a part of the Radial Velocity ( the other part probabely done by the proper motus and gravity ..) and to a part of the negative Parallaxe througth the intermediate dead bodies' deviations .. the indirect conclusion : Einstein probabely was not rigth in his formula of light'deviation because the higther frequencies produce an higther effect in the light'deviatiand ( neg.Plx. ) and the deviations happen for rephrational effect ...
