Default Sub-G thrust to orbit

Is is possible to make it into earth orbit using a sub-G thrusting
rocket motor together with a hypersonic lifting body?

Assuming it is possible Newtonically, is it possible thermally, i.e.
would the vehicle burn up due to atmospheric friction before it reached
orbit?

Since you already posted this question to Sci.Space.Tech and were answered,
why are you reposting the same question here at a later date? If you don't
like the answers you recieved in Sci.Space.Tech asking them elsewhere is not
going to give you the answers you want.

Stick to Sci.Space.Tech, you are not going to find a diffirent honest answer
anywhere else.
