Default Doubleday Ticket to the Moon

Greetings,

Has anyone ever heard of the Doubleday Ticket to the Moon? Supposedly
given out to certain book club subscribers that purchased sci-fi books
from them in the 1950s. I'm told that during the 60s it was valued at a
few thousand dollars with the possibility of space tourism.
