For over 60 years, SETI scientists have pointed their receiving arrays
at the heavens, hoping to detect the telltale signs, or
technosignatures, indicating we are not alone. Many methods have been
tried, with [some newer ones on the horizon], but based on the seeming
inevitability of our species moving to quantum computing, a researcher
from the University of Berkeley's SETI program has proposed we instead
scan for signs of E.T. using quantum communications methods.

"Over the last 6 decades, more than one 100 dedicated search
programs have targeted these wavelengths; all with null results," the
paper authored by Michael Hippke states. "I argue that future searches
should also target quantum communications. They are preferred over
classical communications with regards to security and information
efficiency, and they would have escaped detection in all previous
searches."

I have no problem with ESP or magic existing. All in line with
the predictions of GR and QP.

But many years ago I was a prison psychiatrist (my degree is so old
and uninteresting my alma mater re-alloacted the letter code to something to
do with Mission Planning 20y ago) and found telepathy is almost impossible to
differentiate from schizophrenia. One large chunk of that mental disorder
is the voices in the victim's mind appear to originate from some other
entity and not them. If *they* cant tell where the voice is coming from
then someone outside the patient's head has even less chance of telling
what it happening.

A telepathic person will impart knowledge and intelligence beyond their

who are schizophrenic are actually expressing an outside entity. This entity
can be a good entity or a bad one, which would explain why some people make
intelligent predictions that come true while some talk crap or hate.
