Default NASA's Wallops Flight Facility Completes Initial Assessment afterOrbital Launch Mishap

I'm very concerned with shrapnel effects. These will be harder to detect. I imagine fragments went everywhere and with force. This yields hell on tankage, piping, tubing, insulation you name it. Some effects may not been seen until some systems are brought back on-line and re-pressurized....
