Default Sabotage on ISS

Last night, BBC World ran a story on some compuers destined for ISS
having been sabotages on the ground prior to launch. NASA says they were
not critical computers. (I think it was something to do with vibration
detection, but don't recall the details). Both the qual and flight units
were broken. (wires cut inside the unit)

Does anyone have further details on this ?
