Default Apology for posting delays, and reminder

Posting has been delayed for the last few days while the moderator did
some real work. It should be back to normal now.

Can I remind people that quoted text is expected to be trimmed down to
the relevant points, that no more than one level of quoting is
necessary in any but exceptional circumstances, and that line lengths
should not exceed ~ 75 characters per line? Postings that do not need
editing to meet simple Usenet standards are much more likely to appear
quickly than postings that require me to spend time hacking them in a
text editor.
