Default Genuine new motion

The standard view of orbital motion is that a location will face the
Sun over the course of an annual orbit -

In actuality there a slow majestic turn in the Earth's motion that is
counter to the direction of axial rotation. It is difficult to spot on
Earth due to axial rotation running almost parallel with that counter
moving orbital orientation but it can easily be seen in the sequence
of images of Uranus -

The orbital component where the Earth orbitally changes its
orientation through 360 degrees has to be considered as a new motion
insofar as the change dictates the unequal length of the noon cycles
based on the return of a location to natural noon.Another reason being
that leaving a location facing noon over the course of an annual orbit
is tantamount to ignoring the orbital change.

The alternative in retaining a stationary componert to orbital motion
where a location keeps the same face to the Sun does not bear thinking
about and especially as climatology is dependent on reognising how the
orbital motion and its changing orbital orientation sets the
background for global climate and hemspherical weather patterns along
with the reasons for daylight/darkness asymmetry North and South of
the Equator.

For me it is a point of rest and a conclusion of sorts,to propose a
new motion based on observation and the application of the seperate
dynamics axial and orbital witnessed on Uranus and applied to Earth
should be enough.
