Double-A Looking at oc flowing space you are right. Maybe taking that
theory to its limit you could say "Every thing is at rest,and only space
has motion" Bert

The point is, the "speed" of light relative to Person B is zero mps.

Well Bert, in the *absolute* sense, everything that is, including all
atomic structure, consists of *processes of* the spatial medium in
motion, i.e., in flow.

Har! Now watch the DD conjoinment go into its micromutt yip-yapping
frenzy.
