[ADMIN] New moderation arrangements

Hi,

Just a short note to explain to you all the new arrangements for
the moderation of this group. It is now hosted at the robomoderator
at gweep.ca which is run by Brian Edmonds. We intend to continue the
existing policy of white listing as many posters as possible and hope
that further intervention will not be necessary. However white listing
remains totally at our discretion and may be removed at any time.

The current moderators are

Brian Edmonds
George Herbert
Cheryl Martin
Markus Mehring
