Soyuz launch -- NASA ISS page now says March 30/02:30 GMT vice March 31
I'm presuming that the NASA ISS page has just gotten confused over the overnight date-of-launch of Soyuz TMA-8 at the end of this month. All previous reports from NASA have specified March 30, 9:30 PM EST (March 31, 02:30 gmt), but now this new report gives the launch date as one day earlier. A change in schedule, or just a sloppy time zone conversion mistake? Crew Readies Soyuz for Relocation to Zvezda http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/st...ain/index.html Expedition 13 has wrapped up its stay at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center. Saturday, March 18, they depart for final launch preparations at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Commander Pavel Vinogradov, Flight Engineer Jeff Williams and Brazilian astronaut Marcos Pontes are scheduled for launch March 29 at 9:30 p.m. EST.
