Default STS-118 patch

If wikipedia is any indication, the STS-118 patch has not yet been
released. Considering this was to be Columbia's next mission, I think
it would be neat if the patch paid tribute to Columbia in some small
and subtle way. Usually patches have hidden nods, so I'll be interested
to see if this one does.
