Default Engines with good thrust to (fuel +oxidizer) ratios?

The most common measure of rocket engine efficiency given is ISP,

fuel ratio.
What I need is thrust to (fuel + oxidizer) burn rate in order to
evaluate the the feasibility of pumping fuel/oxidizer to a rocket from
ground rather than carrying it along.

What speed are you thinking of doing this pumping at?
