Default Apollo-Style CRM looks ... GOOD!

As long as no major contractor opts to study a capsule for the Orbital
Space Plane program, capsules won't fly. All three OSP contractors
have winged concepts.

That's not all they have. And it doesn't mean that's what they'll offer
NASA.

Yaeh I mean a capsule would be a reliable cheap and efficient solution,
wouldn't it. But not sexy!
