Default Catalogue with distances to variable stars?

I am looking for an astronomical catalogue that includes some distance
estimates to variable stars, e.g. - parallax and/or distance modulus.
Any ideas? I have already data mined Tycho2, the WDS, CCDM and the 6th
Orbit Catalogue. The GCVS does not appear to include the information.
Yet somehow, the Cartes de Ciel basic star database contains an
estimate. - Canopus56
