Boinc Temp. Shutdown due to Transitioner

The transitioner is not currently able to keep up with the splitters. We are
going to bring down the frontend in an attempt to allow the transitioner a
chance to play catchup with the rest of the system.

Just got 7 units on one machine but another can't get thru, so they
may be testing the changes now.??

Just got a wu this morning but site says they have some bad memory sticks
that may not be repaired until next week.
