Anyone know where I can get the TLE for the recent launch?

Anyone know where I can get the TLE for the recent launch?

The primary source is space-track.org, where you have to
register but where you can get all orbital data released by
the US government.

You should be able to get the data on the Soyuz launch, which
I think is what you mean, from T.S. Kelso's Celestrak web site.

NASA may have them online somewhere, as they do for the ISS,
but I'm not sure about that since it's a Russian launch.

Object 28996 was available at space-track.org starting on March 30 and
it is
available on Celestrak on March 31 at 12:00 CST.
