Einsteinians, the following discovery was published in Science:

"The speed of light is a limit, not a constant - that's what researchers in Glasgow, Scotland, say. A group of them just proved that light can be slowed down, permanently."

So, given that "light can be slowed down, permanently", is it true that "everyone always measures the same speed of light"? Einsteinians are silent. They don't even think:
